Silver
Choice Horse Pellets
Maintenance Diet for Senior Horses
| A&M Silver Choice Horse Pellets are for
the older horse who deserves special care. Yeast
aids in digestion, and the higher fiber content reduces
digestive upsets. Vitamins and minerals meet the
needs of senior horses in this softer, easier to chew
pellet. |

-Feeding Directions-
| For horses on maintenance feed at the rate
of 1/4 to 1 pound per 100 pounds of body weight daily to
supplement free choice hay and/or pasture. For
situations in which forage is limited, horses can be fed
an amount of pellets up to 1 to 1-1/4% of body weight.
This pellet is designed to be soft to compensate for the
diminished chewing capacity of senior horses.
Reduced salivation that often occurs with aging results in
mature horses being more likely to choke. If your
horse is prone to choking, please consult your
veterinarian. Provide plenty of fresh water. |
| Availability: 5/32" pellet, 50
lb bags. |
