Pasture Extender

For Weaned Cattle on Pasture
| A&M Pasture/Wheat Pasture Extender is a
sensible choice to make in supplementing cattle on grass,
hay, or wheat pasture. It is important to feed a
ration that is low in starch, as starch has a negative
effect on forage utilization. This product is
one half wheat midds and one half soybean hulls.
These ingredients are low in starch, highly digestible,
and very palatable. These attributes make this
product compatible when feeding roughages and carries the
benefit of increasing pasture capacity by as much as
one-third.
Purpose: For increased rate of weight gain in
slaughter, stocker and feeder cattle and beef and dairy
replacement heifers weighing more than 400 pounds on
pasture.

-Feeding Directions-
| Each pound of feed will provide 50 mg.
Lasalocid Sodium. Feed continuously at a rate of not
less than 60mg. nor more than 200 mg. of Lasalocid per
head per day in not less than one pound of feed.
Provide adequate roughage and water at all times.
Caution: Do not allow horses or other equines
access to formulations containing Lasalocid.
Ingestion of Lasalocid has been fatal. The safety of
Lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established.
